Netsuite Integration & Design

Background
Bollards, a subsiduary of Reliance Foundry Co. Ltd. (www.reliance-foundry.com) had already began its online endeavours through the use of a rudementary site that served it's purpose for a number of years. In 2008 Bollards wanted to move their online presence to a full blown all inclusive Enterprise Resource Planning Solution (ERP), and after some due dilligence settled on Netsuite. This decision was soon followed by engaging Montage Web Design in a contract to provide the full Netsuite design, theme and customization of the aesthetic (public facing portion) of the Netsuite installation, closely followed by SEO optimization.

Challenge
Identifying what language/tone to use on the site in order to accomodate the largest segment of their demographic without alienating other fringe segments in the process along with ensuring a sufficent amount of information was provided to the decision maker visitors to the site as to avoid too many "tire kickers" leeching valuable human resources. There were also concerns raised regarding non-existent standardized search engine optimization and poor overall SEO positioning.

Solution
Montage performed a site user-interface and SEO evaluation initially to help pinpoint areas that will accept a majority of our focus as we re-design the Netsuite site template (Netsuite theme) over a series of phases starting with the main header, footer and left hand margin. During the process of mocking up the new site style we were also busy integrating our SEO strategies to dramatically improving the keyword selections, titles, and META Tag construction.

Further web site metamorphosis is underway on a daily basis as we move towards our clients goals and expectations.
