EcoBox was founded in 1994 with a stack of used moving boxes, a Buick Riviera, a storage shed and a great idea. Why not sell new and good used moving boxes to customers and save them money? For the past 18 years, EcoBox has been doing just that and much more.

Background
Each independently owned EcoBox store is part of a team whose goal is to provide excellent service to the customer while helping to save our environment through recycling. Service will be defined as product knowledge, selection, price, convenience and showing a genuine interest in finding the best solution for a customer. By leveraging the purchasing power of multiple stores, recycling used products and utilizing local manufacturers to reduce shipping costs, EcoBox offers unparalleled value to its customers as well as reduces the amount of waste going into landfills.

Challenge
Ecobox had already gone through the process of setting up a Netsuite website using one of our competitors a year before we entered the picture in 2006 and they were experiencing some difficulty in its usability and effectiveness in relation to converting customers and overall maintenance. There were also concerns raised regarding poor search engine optimization and less than ideal overall SEO positioning.
