Background
Conasys Consumer Assurance Systems Inc. acts as an outsourcing agency providing information management solutions to builders and development companies. Through use of our extensive database of manufacturers, suppliers and sub-trades Conasys assembles and packages all obtainable and applicable manufacturers warranty cards, maintenance information, sub-trade, supplier and manufacturers contact information pertaining to the products and components that make up newly constructed home. This is performed on a custom, per home basis. These items are then presented to the new homeowner by the builder/developer.

Challenge
Warranty Resource was using a website that was not flexible enough to meet the new expectations of the business in its next phase of dramatic growth and expansion. A new requirement of the web site will be to act as an entry point and information resource for new homeowners and builders alike which within the old design could not have been handled elegantly.

Solution
Montage re-designed the website to accomodates the current and future expectations of the website including login portals for homeowners and builders, online newsletter subscriptions, demo sign up form, and more. Other dynamic areas of the site were coded and stylized so that the internal team at Warranty Resource could continue to add new content to the site effortlessly without the commitment or overhead of a content management system.
