During this building process, Jay recognized that there was a big difference between what his customers were asking for and what the "industry gurus" were promoting.

While the industry "experts" were describing products as "easy to use, great value and reliable," Jay was hearing customers say the same products were "too complicated, over priced, and unreliable."

Discontent with the industry, Jay began to formulate a business strategy that would focus on simplicity, value and reliability. Zobo.tv was launched soon thereafter.
